What We Read
Corrections or factual errors
If we got something wrong in an article, please tell us. We update articles and credit the reader who flagged it (with your permission).
Tool suggestions
Found an AI tool we should test? Let us know what it is and why you think it's worth covering.
Article requests
Working on a problem and can't find good resources? Suggest a topic. We frequently build content from reader questions.
Feedback on existing content
What was useful? What was missing? What did we get wrong?

Response Time
We aim to reply within 3-5 business days. Sometimes faster. Occasionally slower if we're heads-down on a research project.
If your message is time-sensitive (correction on a published article, broken link, legal concern), please write "URGENT"in the subject line and we'll prioritize it.

If you represent a SaaS or AI tool and want to:
Have your tool reviewed
Send us a brief overview of what it does, who it's for, and free access (trial extension, demo account, etc.). We don't accept payment for reviews under any circumstances. We'll consider every submission but can't guarantee coverage.
Inquire about affiliate partnerships
We work with selected tools we already recommend. Email us with your program details. We do not add affiliate links to existing reviews to "monetize" them — affiliations only happen when we already believe in the product.
Pitch a sponsored placement
We don't do sponsored content, paid rankings, or "featured tool" placements. Please don't ask.
Request changes to a review
If we got a factual detail wrong, we'll correct it promptly. If you disagree with our assessment, we welcome the feedback but won't remove or soften honest reviews because a vendor asked.
Privacy
Anything you send us is private unless you explicitly give permission for us to share or quote it. We never share email addresses, never sell them, and never use them for anything beyond replying to you and (if you opt in separately) the newsletter.
